Capt. Konstantinos G. Strikos is a Greek Master Mariner whose career connects operational command with the development of safer, more capable bridge teams.
His experience spans tanker and LNG operations, more than a decade in command, and shore-based work in marine training, competency assessment and operational assurance. He has served on ice-class Suezmax tankers and LNG carriers with steam, DFDE and ME-GI propulsion.
In the training environment, he translates regulation and procedure into decisions officers can apply on the bridge. The focus is direct: realistic scenarios, observable behaviour, disciplined debriefing and measurable improvement.
